Agenda:

1. Re-organization of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) in line with NAAC guidelines.
2. Submission of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) for the academic year 2022-23.
3. Allocation of criteria to different members of the IQAC for effective monitoring and implementation.

Proceedings:

1. Call to Order

The Principal called the meeting to order at 02:00 PM. The agenda was presented and unanimously approved.

2. Reorganization of IQAC

       Discussion and Decision:

       The Principal emphasized the need for restructuring the IQAC to align with the latest NAAC norms. The current framework was reviewed, and new members were added to the already framed IQAC.

       The committee was expanded to include more diverse members, ensuring representation from different departments and stakeholders.

3. Submission of AQAR 2022-23

       Discussion: The IQAC Coordinator presented the draft of the AQAR for the academic year 2022-23, highlighting key achievements and areas needing attention.

       Decision:

       The AQAR will be finalized by 20^th of October, incorporating feedback from the meeting.

       All members were tasked with reviewing their respective sections and submitting any necessary updates by 15^th of October.

4. Allocation of Criteria to IQAC Members

       Discussion: To ensure efficient handling of the AQAR and ongoing quality assurance processes, criteria were assigned to individual members based on their strengths and areas of expertise.

Mr. Tariq Ahmad Khan [I/C Establishment] shall be responsible for liasoning with the fellow members for data collection, preparing documentation, and ensuring adherence to the stipulated standards.

5. Action Items

       A follow-up meeting to assess progress on the AQAR by 14-10-2024.

       Review of criteria assignments and submission of updates by 15-10-2024.

       Finalization of AQAR by 20.102024.

6. Any Other Business

       The floor was opened for additional comments.

 

7. Adjournment
